How do I create a Pingry page? expand_more
Sign up with your email and password, or use Google sign-in. Pick a username and your public profile is live immediately at pingry.me/yourusername. Customize your bio, contact price, and social links from the Settings page.
What payment methods are supported? expand_more
Pingry supports two payment methods: Flutterwave (cards, bank transfers, mobile money) and Bitcoin Lightning (instant, global, low-fee). Visitors choose their preferred method when paying to message you.
How do withdrawals work? expand_more
All earnings are credited to your USD wallet balance regardless of payment method. To withdraw, go to the Withdraw page and choose either bank transfer (via Flutterwave) or Bitcoin Lightning. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our team and typically processed within 24 hours.
Can I change my contact price? expand_more
Yes. Go to Settings and update your "Price Per Message" at any time. The new price applies to all future messages immediately.
Are my messages private? expand_more
Yes. All messages are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. Only the intended recipient can read them. Even platform administrators cannot access your message content.
What fees does Pingry charge? expand_more
Pingry charges a 10% platform fee on each transaction. For example, if someone pays $10 to message you, $9 is credited to your balance. Payment processor fees (Flutterwave or Lightning network fees) are separate and vary by method.
Can I get a refund? expand_more
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe a payment was made in error, contact us and we'll review your request. Note that Lightning payments are irreversible by nature.
How do I delete my account? expand_more
Send us an email at the address below and we'll process your account deletion within 48 hours. Please withdraw any remaining balance before requesting deletion.
